Mindful Mornings is a time to consider our goals for the week ahead and non-judgmentally evaluate the week that just passed. A time of reflection and relaxation to prepare mind, body, and soul to welcome the new week with all its joys and challenges. A safe space to share our thoughts and feelings when we find ourselves stuck or lost in our spiritual journey.
