Prayer for Peace

O Lord, our God, how majestic is your name in all the Earth.
We praise you, exalt you, and rejoice in your love as we welcome it into our hearts.
Forgive us Lord for our inability to see the ways of peace.
Teach us to open our eyes. Teach us to see with your eyes.
So that we may see:
harmony in discord,
unity after dissension,
oneness after strife,
quiet in racket,
wholeness in diversity,
and peace after conflict.
Hear our prayer, O Lord. Amen.
