Prayer for Peace

Dear heavenly parent,

We come praising your name. We thank you for your grace and love that gives us your peace and comfort. We ask for forgiveness of our sins as we forgive those who have sinned against us. We come to you today to ask for peace in our families, whether they be individual families, church families, national families, or world families. We need your help to learn to love and accept one another. We ask your help in knowing and loving you as you would accept us so we might receive your peace.

In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen.
