Cancellation Policies
Peace Forum Registration
Registrants may cancel their registration with a written request up to two weeks prior (2 October 2026) to the first day of the event for a refund of any paid amount above $30 USD. If a registrant’s cancellation is not received two weeks prior to the first day of the gathering, their registration is non-refundable. An appeal could be made to the Peace Forum Director depending on circumstances. Refunds will be processed the week of 25 October 2026.
Childcare Registration
Childcare may be cancelled with a written request up to 30 days prior to the first day of the event for a refund, less a $30 USD cancellation fee. If childcare is cancelled within 30 days prior to the first day of the event this registration fee is non-refundable. An appeal could be made to the event director depending on circumstances to honor the refund less the $30 USD cancellation fee.
