I appeal to you therefore, brothers and sisters, on the basis of God’s mercy, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable act of worship.

This is the third communal and individual reflection from the Generosity Cycle resource titled “Living in the Flow of Grace: Embracing Creative Abundance.”
Living Abundantly
Focus: Our whole lives are offerings to God’s purpose.
Message Theme: God transforms our offerings—of time, talents, treasure and testimony—into blessings far exceeding their original form. Living abundantly means offering our whole selves—body, mind, spirit—as part of the divine flow of grace.
Spiritual Practice: Examen focused on “What did I offer to God today?
”Discussion/Activity
- How do we discern what we’re truly capable of giving?
- Invite people to draw or write what it means to “offer all you are” to God
- How does living abundantly invite us to see our daily actions as sacred and generative?I
ndividual Reflections/Activity
- Reflect: What are your unique gifts, passions, or resources?
- Journal: What part of your life feels unoffered? What would it look like to surrender it to God?
- Practice: Dedicate a regular task (like cooking, driving, or working) as a prayerful offering this week.
Prayer Phrase
“…share abundantly in every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8).
From Scarcity to Abundance
Take a deep breath and release your fear of “not enough.” Name one place of scarcity in your life, then name one way you already see abundance. Offer a simple prayer of gratitude: “God, open my eyes to your abundance.”
