If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, competing against one another, envying one another.
Children of the Restoration.
Now is the time,
Not for fighting,
Not for joining sides,
But for being there.
Being there to care for the sick and wounded
around us.
Being there to comfort those in need, the
aged, the homeless, and the helpless.
Being there to listen,
Being there to minister to those in need,
Being there to help.
Being there to spread the word of God,
Being there to bring words of peace and love,
Being there to bring words of hope, and
Being there to bring the promise of salvation.
Be there.
Prayer Phrase
“Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; persevere in prayer” (Romans 12:12).
Hope in the Present
Take a moment to pause and reflect on where hope is present in your life. Write down three things that give you hope. It could be a kind word from a friend, the warmth of the sun, or progress toward a goal. If you are facing difficulties, gently remind yourself: “Even now, hope is present. Even now, something new is possible.” Express gratitude for this hope knowing that each day is an opportunity for renewal.
