The 2023 World Conference stated that it was important to continue working toward a churchwide statement on nonviolence. Thus, the First Presidency has included time for this collaborative work in the schedule. Additionally, the church was invited through mission centers to provide the First Presidency prioritization input on the fourteen pieces of proposed legislation and providing time in the legislative sessions to participate in prophetic imagination.
This input is being used to plan the legislative agenda. The prioritization list received from the church can be found online.
To accomplish these important tasks, the schedule has been crafted to make the best use of time. Below are some highlights and explanation for the sequence of events that will guide our gathering.
