Summary of Position

This position supports the building repair/maintenance and landscaping needs at Liberty Hall and Spurrier Schoolhouse, including support facilities which include two volunteer houses and site outbuildings.

Essential Functions

1. Mowing
2. Minor carpentry projects 
3. Painting
4. Gardening and landscaping
5. Cleaning
6. General maintenance
7. Light snow removal

Competencies/Skills

1. Able to work without supervision
2. Able to lift 20 or more pounds
3. Able to work outdoors

Required Trainings

Registered Youth Worker/Anti-harassment Training: New employees are required to be a registered youth worker with Community of Christ or be able to register within 30 days of hire date. Anti-harassment training is also required within 30 days of hire and then required annually.
