Full Time (40 hours per week)

Summary of Position

Provides support for IT desktop and mobile, copiers/printers, peripherals, Cloud services, office applications, telephone hardware, and sound, lighting and video operations for International Headquarters.

Essential Functions 

  1. Provides tier 1/2 desktop and mobile computer support, and escalation as needed, all while providing excellent customer service
  2. Provides timely and staff centric response and support to on-site, remote, and international helpdesk requests
  3. Supports copiers/multi-function printers, contacts vendors for repairs, manages toner inventory
  4. Configures and deploys computers using imaging software and various Cloud based services and applications, including anti-virus/anti-malware
  5. Provides support for Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Cloud services
  6. Provides support for IT equipment documentation and inventory tracking
  7. Assists with computer networking support, as directed by Deputy CIO/CTO
  8. Provides telephone hardware support and wiring of phone cross-connects
  9. Assists with installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting to support IHQ operational events
  10. Assists with the A/V support for multifaceted events, like 15+ annual graduations and the triannual World Conference

  1. Ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Working knowledge and administration of Apple Mac/IOS and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office 365 products, including Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Cloud
  3. Knowledge of desktop and laptop computer hardware, including peripherals
  4. Knowledge of copier and multi-function printer technology
  5. Working knowledge of modern computer networking and communications
  6. Ability to provide application support to technical and non-technical users
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop
  8. Working knowledge of good computer security practices and responses, including operating system patching and anti-virus/anti-malware
  9. Working knowledge of A/V technologies and equipment, including Tricaster video production and Yamaha EtherSound systems, ETC lighting controls, and AMX systems.

Required Trainings
