Forms to assess the ministry that is being offered
The following two forms have been created as model resources that can be
adjusted if needed by those leading this ministry in their congregation. They
are designed to broaden the understandings about what can be done and then to
challenge leaders and members to focus intentionally on those areas that
appropriately match needs of those who will receive with the giftedness of those
who will share.
How is our congregation doing?

-a worksheet for use by congregational leaders that have
responsibility for community outreach ministries to help identify what
is being done and what yet could be done in the area of hunger
ministries.
How am I doing? (PDF 90K)
-a 2-sided bulletin insert/flyer to be shared with members. It could
be used in settings such as one of the World Hunger Emphasis Sundays, a
class on hunger issues, a workshop or a retreat. They could be turned in
for leadership review and then given back or there could be sign up
sheets for those who would like to serve together in some specific ways.
